We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Domiciliary Care Assistants. As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication as required
- Support with meal preparation and feeding
- Carry out domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care work is desirable but not essential
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is desirable but not essential
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Good communication skills
- A willingness to undergo training and development
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
